This Privacy Policy applies to the Jesty CRM web app, the Android/iOS app (coming soon), and all integrations, including Facebook and Google APIs.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Jesty CRM website and app, developed and operated by Jesty CRM, located in Gurugram (Gurgaon), Haryana, India, and accessible at https://jestycrm.com/legal/privacy-policy.

1. Information We Collect

- a. Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, and business details provided during registration or sign-up (via Google, Facebook, or manual registration).
- b. CRM Data: Contacts, deals, tasks, calls, messages, notes, activity logs, and uploaded files that you store inside the CRM.
- c. Communications & AI Calling Data: Audio, transcripts, call metadata, and telephony logs generated through our AI Voice Agent and calling features. Admin users may have access to related call details.
- d. Facebook Integration Data: When you connect your Facebook Page or Lead Forms, we collect:
- -Facebook user ID (for authentication)
- -Lead form submissions (name, email, phone, etc.)
- -Page and form identifiers
- e. Device Information: Device type, IP address, browser type, operating system, and identifiers for performance and debugging.
- f. Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, and interaction time to improve user experience.
- g. Sensitive Data Disclaimer: We do not intentionally collect sensitive data (e.g., financial, biometric, or health data) unless required for a specific service and with your explicit consent.
2. How We Use Your Information

3. Our Role: Data Controller vs. Processor
- Controller: For data collected directly by Jesty CRM (e.g., website sign-ups, Google authentication).
- Processor: For CRM data collected, stored, or processed on behalf of business users, as defined in our Data Processing Addendum (DPA).
4. Processing of Facebook Platform Data
As part of your use of Jesty CRM, we may process Facebook Platform Data, such as page IDs, form IDs, and lead information, only for the purpose of enabling CRM integrations and lead management.

- Share Facebook data with unauthorized third parties
5. Facebook Data Deletion Instructions
You can request deletion of your Facebook integration data at any time.
To do so:
- Email us at help@jestycrm.com from your registered account.
- Mention “Facebook Data Deletion Request” in the subject line.
- In the email body, include:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your Jesty CRM account
- Any additional identifiers (e.g., phone number, business name)
- A clear statement that you are requesting deletion of your personal data
We will delete all Facebook Platform Data associated with your account within 7 business days.
You may also revoke access from your Facebook account settings → Business Integrations → Jesty CRM → Remove.
Important: Once deleted, this data (including imported leads) cannot be recovered.
6. Google Authentication & API Data Use
When you sign in with Google, Jesty CRM collects your name, email, Google ID, and public profile picture for secure login and account setup. We do not access emails, Drive files, or private data. Information from Google APIs is used solely to authenticate users, improve CRM functionality, and provide user-facing services — never for ads or resale.
Our use complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements. You can revoke access anytime at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions or request deletion by emailing help@jestycrm.com. Data will be removed within 7 business days after revocation or account deletion.
7. Data Sharing
We may share limited data only with:
- Service Providers: Hosting, analytics, telephony, and email vendors under confidentiality agreements.
- Legal Authorities: When required by law.
- Business Transfers: In mergers or acquisitions, subject to continued protection of user data.
8. Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies for:
- Session management and login security
- Remembering preferences
- Analytics and performance
You may disable cookies in your browser. We comply with “Do Not Track” and Global Privacy Control (GPC) standards where applicable.
9. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain data only as long as needed to deliver our services or comply with legal obligations. Inactive accounts (after 3 years) may be deleted.
Users can request account or data deletion anytime by emailing help@jestycrm.com. Deletions are processed within 7 business days.

Information may be processed, stored, and used outside of the country in which you are located. Data privacy laws vary across jurisdictions, and different laws may apply depending on where your data is processed.
