At Jesty CRM, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. In compliance with data privacy regulations—including Meta's data handling requirements—you have the right to request the deletion of any personal data we may have collected through your use of our services or integrations (such as Facebook or Instagram logins).
How to Request Deletion of Your Data
- Step 1: Send an email to help@jestycrm.com
- Step 2: Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
- Step 3: In the email body, include:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your Jesty CRM account
- Any additional identifiers (e.g., phone number, business name)
- A clear statement that you are requesting deletion of your personal data
Processing Time
We will process your request within 7 business days. Once completed, you will receive a confirmation email that your data has been permanently deleted from our systems.
Important Notes
- Data deletion is permanent and irreversible.
- If your account is connected to any third-party services (like Facebook), please ensure you also remove Jesty CRM from your app permissions in those platforms.
